Welcome to Cinar Turkish Restaurant. We’re proud of our authentic and modern food made from scratch in our kitchen and served in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Bountiful salads, savory grilled meats and homemade desserts are some of our most popular offerings. But for those less familiar with Turkish cuisine, we can’t wait to introduce you to specialties such as sun-dried eggplant, hunkar begendi (savory lamb atop eggplant puree), and manti, Turkish dumplings that we make by hand and serve gilded with garlic yogurt and butter.
We’ve also put our own spins on a few dishes: try our comforting warm hummus with smoked red peppers and black olive paste, or our modern version of borek – pockets of phyllo dough stuffed with goat cheese and leeks and served with rose jam.
